The short version

We're building the AI design agent for product teams. We need a Lead Product Designer (4–6 yrs) who's obsessed with why before what — someone who can shape how humans and AI think together on a shared canvas, while making every pixel and interaction feel effortless.

This isn't a "make it pretty" role. You'll define how AI shows up in the design workflow — when it should lead, when it should suggest, and when it should get out of the way.

What you'll own

You'll work across the full product surface — there's no "your feature vs. my feature" here. In a given week, you might be:

• Rethinking how a PM/Designers and an AI agent brainstorm together on the canvas — what that interaction feels like, not just what it looks like
• Designing the end-to-end onboarding flow that takes a new user from "what is this?" to "I can't work without this" in minutes
• Figuring out the right UX pattern for AI-generated design suggestions — should it be inline? a sidebar? a conversation? something entirely new?
• Working closely with engineering to ship an interaction that feels native, not bolted on
• Challenging a product decision with a better-framed version of the problem — "we don't need a new feature, we need to fix this flow"
• Crafting the visual language and design system that makes Figr feel like a world-class product
